About the President
Tim Harrell, Sr. founded Celebrating Truth Ministries Fellowship in 2002, where he serves as Senior Pastor. Located in Virginia Beach VA, this ministry emphasizes evangelizing in the inner city. Pastor Harrell has an extensive background in business and networking. In 1997 he started Professional Services of Hampton Roads Inc., a multi-million dollar company, and in 2005 sold the business to pursue the ministry. Employing 125 employees, PSHR serviced some of Hampton Roads’ major companies such as Target, QVC, Sentara HealthcareSystems, and Alltel Communications. He also owned several other businesses and was a part of various network associations. He believes God will use him to develop and mentor Christian leaders to have spiritual impact and generate wealth for the Kingdom. The practical but profound teaching ministry of Pastor Harrell, along with his life experiences, has touched the lives of many and is his powerful testimony for all to bear witness. He believes in “keeping it real” with the truth, because it will set us free to experience life more abundantly. He’s married to Co-Pastor Lady LaRose Harrell of twenty three (23) years, and they boast of three children, Tim Jr., Terrell, and Janell.
